I typically do a combined start up draft so people don't have to worry about doing 2 drafts when I am commissioner

I think about 90% of dynasty players would agree that the separated rookie draft should be reversed

It’s called the kicker method typically here on sleeper. You draft kickers as a place holders in the startup and the kickers represent rookie picks. So first one to pick a kicker gets rookie 1.01, second gets 1.02, and so on
