I typically do a combined start up draft so people don't have to worry about doing 2 drafts when I am commissioner

It’s called the kicker method typically here on sleeper. You draft kickers as a place holders in the startup and the kickers represent rookie picks. So first one to pick a kicker gets rookie 1.01, second gets 1.02, and so on

I've been in 1 league where they did it. And I took over an orphaned team post draft

And I did like 5 start up vet drafts before this year's draft and did reverse order for the rookie

I’ve never done a dynasty league before and am interested in doing a league with other folks that are novices to the dynasty format. I’m also new to the Sleeper platform so I would prefer to not be the one to have to set it up. (Not the biggest fan of the interface so far, but I’m sure it takes time getting used to.)
