PSA: I caught two cheaters in a league today. Accounts: Holdthepickle Theworkman23 These are the same user and they are cheating to stack their own teams. They use the same IP address. Check if you have these users in your leagues.

So pickle was in the 4th spot and Workman was in the 5th spot. Then Workman traded his entire spot to the 8th spot to have a better hedge on players. Cheaters next to each other don't help. It'll be easier to game the draft board if Workman is on the other side of the draft board than pickle. Then Workman trades with pickle to 1.04 to acquire CMC and give away some later picks. Even though he could have grabbed CMC at his original 5th spot. Workman practically traded away most of his picks in rounds 2-6. Only to later trade CMC back to Pickle now. @OdeToTheGhetto Clear collusion in my league Had a friend sharing information about them from another league. Since sending out this PSA I have received confirmation of collusion in a third league

The same IP was the final straw of my collusion case

Once it spanned multiple leagues they shared and I matched up the trades, it was obvious @theworkman23 is the dummy account. They could be roommates, friends or a boyfriend and his "girlfriends" team.

Now we have a verbal confirmation. He is admitting it

My main league which is going-on 9 years now, has always been 12 team ca$h with a solid core of 8 of us who started it. But sometimes I do wonder if one of those spots, where a team left and new team came in, is actually an insider team. Now my commissioner is one of the most stand up guys you’ll ever meet. But on the flip side, I could pull the wool over his eyes by saying hey my buddy wants to join, when in fact my buddy is nothing more than an alternate email address of mine. But we only have like 1 open spot each year and usually none at all. Just sayin....

Again I want to say great work man! But only critique I have of you handling the situation is that, I would not have specifically told them how I caught them cheating, just the fact that I caught them. Because when criminals learn of how they were caught, they find ways in the future to avoid that and keep doing it.

Smarter cheaters are already out there and are using different IP addresses anyway. To be honest we got lucky that this guy was dumb af

I've heard the only way to prevent this is to put more money on leagues. A $200 buy in with 12 teams. Not a lot of people willing to roll $400 risk. Our mistake was a $10 league winner take all. Someone was willing to wage $20 for $100.
