Every team plays the median every week. If you score more points than the median, you get a win. If less, a loss. Cuts down schedule-related bad luck

Replace kicker with a non skill position flex (OL/DE/G) that only gets points on offensive stats. Keeps the randomness of kicker while making it way less impactful. Plus it’s more fun to root for a THICC SIX than a field goal.
