I'd say that the NFL realizes that JG has a substance issue and reinstates him if he's doing what he needs to in order to get better
For everyone saying "how many chances is he gonna get?" ... it's just weed, we got other dudes in the league doing far worse. This man has been told his whole life that he has a "problem" and it's pretty fuckin sad tbh. He's done so much to show the league that he wants to be in the field.

There are a bunch of pro Athletes that smoke pot if the NBA was to suspend all the potheads there would be no NBA... MLB doesn't even test for it... There is no way Jerry freaking Jones doesn't have his hand in the legal pot industry...
