What type of jobs would increase pot and alcohol use? Let me see, one where my employer tries to replace me every year. I have annual performance reviews 20 times a year and I'm always under public observation.

Weed is still ilegal federally.. and Federal law trumps any state law .

@TheInfamousRob I can walk into the store and buy marijuana products as long as my ID says I am at least 21 YOA (just like I can buy alcohol). But the NFL..not the Law..tries to portray Josh Gordon as a bad person who doesn't deserve to play football because he enjoys and believes in the medicinal properties of marijuana.
