@ProphetHus .....hammies quads n calves can all linger the entire season if not given proper care/rest. These nfl players really need to learn how to slowly warm up their leg muscles n thoroughly stretch them -_- I have huge ass legs n spend like 30 minutes on them until I feel my calfs n hammies/quads finally loosen up
