@ProphetHus .....hammies quads n calves can all linger the entire season if not given proper care/rest. These nfl players really need to learn how to slowly warm up their leg muscles n thoroughly stretch them -_- I have huge ass legs n spend like 30 minutes on them until I feel my calfs n hammies/quads finally loosen up

I really don't get why they keep eating stringed ham. It's like it never cooks fully and they always have to sit out and rest for weeks. It doesn't make any sense, just put the bacon down! ham strings probably don't even taste as good as bacon. Whatever, get well soon
