No. The 33M guaranteed the Steelers "offered" wasn't actually guaranteed. Only 10M was actually due at signing. Then he had a base salary year 1 of 7M. So 17M year 1. After that every year was a team option where Pitt could have terminated the contract and walked away without any dead money

The Steelers guaranteed 33mil over the first two years. This year would have been his second year so he’d have his 33 plus he’d have a way higher yearly salary and he’d be getting ready to turn that 33 into 45 if he finished out this year
