Not a terrible overreaction but it's LIKELY that 11 targets isn't a fluke but by design and some bias of game flow.. Not saying double digit looks each game but 8+ targets is a probable scenario moving forward. If Ravens can get their passing game going early it's not unreasonable to expect a floor of 8 targets and a ceiling of multiple TDs and 100+ yds
