Falcons TE Kyle Pitts is dealing with a hamstring injury and will be limited at practice today, per HC Raheem Morris.
He was a very good TE prospect. No doubt. But one with a limited skill set.
He was an elite TE prospect. Name me other players declaring for the draft at 20 years old
Start naming them
That’s right, you can’t
Audric Estime
Can’t wait for him to finish TE 1
Smoking crack lol
“At playing the role he can play”
Artie Smith gonna plant weed on him next
Just say you didn’t watch him at Florida
Maybe. I guess we will see. I don’t know if we want TEs to be like a WR. You can probably just get WRs to do that.
He’s gotta be used like Darren Waller if he’s going to succeed. But Waller is a thin needle to thread. More athletic than Pitts and more fluid.
He’s not more athletic than Pitts, I’ll give you more fluid, but more athletic zero chance
Waller/Pitts collabo incoming
Falcons drafted Pitts to be the unicorn that Waller was.
But you probably shouldn’t draft dudes that have to be a unicorn
Waller is also better at things that actually matter in the NFL like release, footwork, creating separation etc. being 6’6” and fast might be enough in college but physical tools alone don’t translate at the NFL level you need to be more polished technically which Pitts has never progressed at
dudes calling a 23 year old a bust bc news of a pulled hammy
silly
Nobody is calling him a bust because of a hammy lmfao.
He’s a bust because he was picked above league cornerstone players and is barely if not below average at his position
most of the 23y/o TE's are playing their senior year of college rn
Look it up
And Waller he’s a grown man at this point
