Falcons TE Kyle Pitts is dealing with a hamstring injury and will be limited at practice today, per HC Raheem Morris.
Falcons drafted Pitts to be the unicorn that Waller was.
But you probably shouldn’t draft dudes that have to be a unicorn
Waller is also better at things that actually matter in the NFL like release, footwork, creating separation etc. being 6’6” and fast might be enough in college but physical tools alone don’t translate at the NFL level you need to be more polished technically which Pitts has never progressed at
dudes calling a 23 year old a bust bc news of a pulled hammy
silly
Nobody is calling him a bust because of a hammy lmfao.
He’s a bust because he was picked above league cornerstone players and is barely if not below average at his position
most of the 23y/o TE's are playing their senior year of college rn
Look it up
And Waller he’s a grown man at this point
they had him running streaks every play for the last two years and we're surprised it didn't go over well?
daren didnt even crack 100 yards till he was 27
BUST
kyle pitts will be remembered as much better than darren waller
Why are there so many walrus stans here?
idk waller lowkey was a bum he had two decent seasons
😂😂😂
Proudly now 3 years sober from drafting Kyle Pitts. Help is available guys!
No more drafting skinny TEs
Someone has to be rational with Kyle Pitts. He’s a good TE with unique tools, but he’s far from a HOF trajectory at this point. A 1k rookie season doesn’t put him in the HOF
If it does, put Waller in the HOF
I think you have to give him another season outside of arthur smith before you call him a bust
he's still young as hell
and his utilization the past 2 seasons was just so bad. he never played over the middle of the field like a TE. and his qbs were terrible, so if he was lucky he got a poorly thrown deepshot
