Chiefs to wear white-on-white uniforms against Steelers on Christmas Day

The Kansas City Chiefs are embracing the holiday spirit with their white-on-white uniform combination for the Christmas Day game against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 17. This marks the eighth time in the Patrick Mahomes era that they will don this combination, notable for its mixed history and past associations. Although the Chiefs have a 5-2 record wearing these uniforms since 2018, they originally retired the look after a Super Bowl I loss under head coach Hank Stram. They revived the style in 1989, and since then, it's become a part of their uniform rotation, especially highlighted this season with games against the Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers.
