Would Javonte Williams get me Stafford in a SF league?

what happened last year with him? or just a bad fantasy year

2 years ago only played 9 games

so the risk is javonte getting a lot better still since he needs to get back to catching passes. and the other risk i see is stafford being old and getting injured and missing extended time. so up to you to decide how likely either are to you to happen. another thing i was thinking earlier today was the broncos are kinda weird since one game they look good the next not so much

i mean like most team.... goes through hot and cold streaks.... just still hard to judge since last year the broncos were not in the playoff race so not many projected them there this year
