Brooks should work his way to starter, or at least a split. Allen is a lottery ticket. I guess it depends on who you have at RB and what you are looking for. If Hall goes down, Allen is a top 5 RB. CAR is kinda murky because Chubba is playing out of his mind, I don't think anyone expected that so it muddys the waters for Brooks this year.
