Hall - looks like the new coaching staff wants him to be an actual bell cow, and he won’t split as much with Braelon Allen. Montgomery is a touchdown machine, and while Gibbs can always pop off and explode, there just isn’t the same level of guaranteed work in the red zone and goal line

It's probably hall but I think gibbs pops off 2nd half of season and will be used more eerily similar to that of last year.
