I’d Rachaad White worth the salary cap value of 40$ in a 150$ salary cap league ?

Much appreciated --so the format is based off of last years roster -- we have150$ .

Every player is assigned a value based off of last years week 17 ranking 1-5 40 5-10 35 and so on -- drafted or traded rookies have a cap max of 25 --- we then enter the draft with our alloted teams and then fill the remaining spots--- with that knowledge still too high wethink right when i already have gibbs and bijon with rookie rights capped at 25
