My Derrick Henry + 2026 3rd for his Kendre Miller + Josh Palmer

I’m not as high on Henry as most, but still think he’ll have more value as the season gets closer. But I get it. I’m high on Miller too (not as much on Palmer). Just feel like it’s an overpay.

It’s full point PPR. My other RBs are Pacheco, Zamir White, Estime, Keaton Mitchell and Rasheen Ali. I know Henry is primed for a big year, but I’m nervous of the fall off, I love Miller’s upside, and I actually really like Palmer too as far as opportunity and how he finished last year. Plus, this trade allows me to keep Henry’s handcuffs, so if he does go down after I trade him, I have Kendre plus whoever emerges in Baltimore. Am I crazy for considering?

Man, all year points are valid and I've been concerned about Henry falling out for the last two years, lol, I personally would hold onto Henry, but it doesn't matter what I or anyone else thinks about it, you obviously know what you want to do, just go with your gut and do it, and you aren't crazy for seeing it the way you see it, good luck this season 😊

I’d keep Henry. Even his down years are better than anything those two will achieve in their best.

Keep Henry. Both Miller and Palmer are late round picks. So far in multiple mock drafts (>30) both are being picked post-10th round (re-draft leagues). Keep the draft pick too.
