Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco could make his return from injured reserve and play Sunday against the Carolina Panthers, but both he and Charles Omenihu have more work to do, according to head coach Andy Reid. Reid stated that their readiness would be evaluated as the practice week progresses, with both players having had their 21-day window to return opened last week. Pacheco, who fractured his fibula in Week 2 against the Cincinnati Bengals, is eager to return, yet Reid emphasized the importance of medical clearance before deciding on his return. Omenihu, still on the physically unable to perform list due to an ACL tear suffered in the AFC Championship game, is also working towards a comeback.
