Comcast Spectacor and Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment have announced they have entered into a binding agreement to form a 50-50 joint venture to build a new arena at the South Philadelphia Sports Complex to host the Flyers and 76ers. The arena is slated to open in 2031.
