Not necessarily, but they have a sort of MVP award that is only for batters. And it helps that one position doesn’t get valued over others. And pitchers have an award just for them too.

He needs an extra game to beat the rushing record (still impressive anyways) He had basically one of the best Olines (a rb like Saquon is very valuable) Saquon had a few chances to punch it in several times but didn’t Hurts also vultured most of his TDs.
Lamar has been a step ahead of Allen for most of the season. Saquon has been awesome with some huge highlights and massive games. Allen has played amazing and unfortunately lost some of those games (ex. Rams) AP will probably give it to Allen or Barkley because Lamar already won it twice, but I won’t complain who gets it. All 3 of them deserve it. (Lamar basically won it last year by default since there was no stand outs, except maybe CMC)
