Ya'll are insane. Fields is an Elite thrower, elite accuracy, elite arm, elite touch. He's throwing 40 yard handoffs to Pickens on the sideline while under pressure. The Bears are a horrible organization. They had 3 years to teach Fields to read an NFL defense and failed. Arthur Smith had 3 months and got the job done. DA to Pitt makes them a real Superbowl contender right now.
