Who is the Saints WR1? 🤔 Rashid Shaheed: ⚪️ 3 REC + 73 Yards + TD ⚪️ 4 REC + 96 Yards + TD Chris Olave: 🟡 2 REC + 11 Yards 🟡 4 REC + 81 Yards
olave
The only right answer is Alvin Kamara…
Now show career stats...
Olave is the 1 lol, Shaheed is a nice 2 tho. He is the type of player that’s gonna blow past a defense and get deep plays tho so that’ll translate a little better for fantasy
He’s a high risk league winning reward but Olave is the WR1
Week 2 tilts are always fun
It won’t last forever. Defenses will adjust.
Don’t even need to show career stats. Show targets. Show target share. Show routes. Olave is clear 1. Saints are getting up so much in first half they are running clock down second half. They’ll have closer games and Olaves 30% target share will result in more than 5 targets.
Shaheed can’t stop the speed
Haha guess Masonh079 is unaware of the concept of double coverage. The kids love these overreactions from the poster I guess
Casuals will say Shaheed because he scored more in 2 weeks of fantasy lol
And if you watched the game you’d see Olave almost scored twice last week and would’ve probably had more points
the goat AT perry
I think shaheed has better numbers, but, he’s not “better” than Olave. Defenses focus on a team’s WR1 leaving guys like Shaheed more available. Now they’ve seen what he’s done, he’s gonna get more attention from DCs, and Olave, IMO, will have a better weekend this weekend
But Olaves 2nd round ADP was always egregious, and shaheed was the better value play 100%
Olaves ADP should’ve been around R4ish and shaheeds like R7ish
However I’d argue that the reasoning for it, is because the target share and elite talent and I think as the season progresses it will be justified.
To be fair most of the 1st-2nd haven’t lived up to their ADP
And it’s only week 3 anyway so no need for overreacting yet lol
Outside of chase and Garret Wilson everyone else is living up to their ADPs baring injury, Olave was always a bad pick in the 2nd over achane, kamara, Nico collins, and Nabers
Id take Aiyuk over Olave too, even though he’s started off much slower than Olave
