I agree with him

Caleb is a phony. Adorable college inflated stats gave him all the attention

And he's right. But lets keep wasting young QBs in trash franchises, then act shocked they underperform, and call them busts

The bears are and have always been a trash franchise which is why they were dumb enough to not be able to see that Justin was good enough to where they’d be alright

They didn’t even attempt to give him an o line

Or the weapons they gave caleb

Its really like elementary stuff commentators and execs don’t understand lol

Mind you he has a capable coaching staff that plays to his strengths though like real coaches do lol

The eye test tells me at minimum though fields is better than Caleb even in the first year lol

I won’t say he is a bust. His trajectory isn’t what fields would’ve been though

It’s too early to tell if he is a bust or not. This is why you shouldn’t be as arrogant as he was coming into the league though

But since they have been winning I don’t think Russ will even touch the field unless he just plays god awful

Fields is not a talented thrower of the football, which is more than half of a QB's job

He is capable of throwing he just lacks consistency at times
