Dell has played 10 NFL games. Half of those games he was irrelevant. His best game was against an awful TB defense. I think Dell needs to prove himself a little more

Rome was the higher touted prospect, and they both have crowded wide receiver rooms. Dell is coming off a season ending injury and a gunshot wound during the offseason.
