Talk me into Gibbs, I can’t help but see a smaller CEH on a worse team.
Because of their small size, many players in the 2023 draft class have much to prove. Gibbs, Bryce Young, Devon Achane, Zay Flowers, Josh Downs, list goes on and on. Some may succeed despite the odds, some may not. Really can only guess as to who will make it and who won't.

CEH reach is fair, he wasn’t anyone’s RB1 that year. I do think perhaps lack of depth in this class helps Gibbs though. I guess I just worry how Lions use him. He’s not getting goal line work, not running between the tackles, will have to pass protect to play 3rd down. I guess maybe I’m just out on him. Are people happy if he’s Reggie Bush?

Draft capital tells you all you need to know , if you’re going to be wrong on a guy be wrong on Gibbs. The film doesn’t lie he did it against SEC defenses and guess what , the NFL is basically SEC defenders. The size issue was big red flag for Devonta Smith , different position but same argument. If you can succeed in the SEC you can succeed in the NFL. Gibbs is a stud, get in before the price goes up.

He’s more like kamara, just a bit smaller in weight but he’ll bulk up some to handle the workload

We aren’t talking football pick over fantasy pick. Gibbs will be money. He is too talented. Don’t be afraid just because lions drafted high. That should give you more confidence to take him
