I think he ends up as a borderline WR1/WR2 by the end of the year if he stays healthy. Weekly he has WR1 upside and will consistently sit in the WR2/3 range

He's a WR2 when healthy. when he misses games not if, it'll drop him down to a Wr 3 overall. You cannot put any player that misses his many games as Higgins as a WR1. him staying in Cincinnati hurts his value more than anything else.
And if you are judging on a player missing a game youd have to wipe out 95% of the league
Tee Higgins is a wr1 for fantasy purposes. His ppg last year was the same as nabers n puka when he played. He always misses games so depends if you want to invest in him. I’d sell high in dynasty.
There’s enough targets from Burrow that I can see low end WR1 as the ceiling for this year. Worst case injuries bring him down to middling WR2 territory. All depends on how healthy he can stay as others have said. I personally like his upside quite a bit and I think cincy is a great place for him to stay for fantasy purposes even if he’s “stuck” behind Chase.
