Why is everybody so down on Justin Fields for fantasy? I get that he hasn’t lived up to his potential yet but he looked a lot better with Pittsburgh and it seems that the Jets brought him in to give him an honest shot to be their guy. What am I missing?

And he’s now on a team not known for developing QBs

The Jets was probably the worst landing spot for JF along with the browns and giants it’s just a bad spot he will not become a franchise qb in New York

He’s a great fantasy QB but not a good real fantasy QB. He’s on his third team now and has been benched multiple times. Also jets have proved they cannot develop quarterbacks.

That's hardly a fair comparison, Baker to Fields. Even Baker before the bucs... The reality is Fields' rushing capability will always make him a startable fantasy QB when he starts, and his lack of passing ability will always make him a liability to be benched. He should be in the qb2 range, but I don't think anyone really wants to go out and pay much for him either given his risks.
