trade

I have won 3 of the last 4 years thanks to some early trades as well as drafting well( slight brag) my roster currently is: QB- burrow, maye, dak, tlaw Rb- Gibbs, dowdle, Benson, Swift, Pacheco, brooks Wr- chase, lamb, puka, devonte Smith, Wilson, nabers, mhj Te- Bowers, pitts Picks- 1.06, 26 2nd, 27 1st, 2 27 2nds If you had this roster would you be willing to over pay to get the 1.01 This is the offer the guy with 1.01 wants Tlaw, smith, 1.06 26 2nd For 1.01, 2.06 Would you do this deal

If you want Jeanty, then I would do it. Maybe see if he would take a 27 2nd round over the 26 second round. Then you have Jeanty and a second round pick this year. You could package that with someone if you wanted to move up. Probably hold Pitts to see if he does better with Penix a full time starter. Otherwise could trade him if someone really likes him and aim for TE Warren in the rookie draft

@allbarkley You definitely do this trade. This is literally a trade that helps both teams and is a no brainer, don't over think it. Without playing a snap most people have Jeanty as the RB 3. Ask yourself if instead of the 1.01 it was Bijan. Would you do it? Play devil's advocate here for a second, let's say Jeanty isn't as good as advertised... Because of landing spot and draft capital he's still valuable (so he still holds trade value) for several years and probably a top 15 RB, floor. Ceiling he's better than Bijan or Gibbs cause both split carries. And that roster is built to absorb a complete dud even if you miss. And with that roster all you've given up is Depth... A WR who's hit his value ceiling and depth at QB. That's it??!! That's the kinda trade you dream of with a roster pre built to win for a decade. That builds a Juggernaut. All for a couple of Depth pieces. A couple of 2nds isn't going to stop me from making this trade. Great team man, congratulations on being undefeated for the next decade.

I’d do that deal without hesitation

Yep. I sometimes get paralyzed and overthink trades. This would have been an instant smash.

That’s roughly 3 late firsts/early seconds for the 1.01 and a second round upgrade. Yeah…value is there. While I don’t agree with the Bijan comparison above (more that I think it’s not a great comparison considering how long it’s taken Bijan to be Bijan), the logic is sound.

Would you rather cut Nick Chubb or Jordan Mason in dynasty? I'm beginning to think it's time to put Chubb out to pasture, but he's still showing 80% rostered. But if he gets signed to a team at this point I can't imagine it would be as a starter.
