PPR Aaron Rodgers or A Rich?

I have the exact situation only I also have Tua. I originally went Rodgers but did a deep dive into this… Jets game is supposed to be very cold like 25° degrees with 15mph wind, and anytime weather is below 35 and winds are up there’s a 10% decrease is production (bunch of studies out there on this). Jets have nothing to play for and Rams still fighting for playoffs. Rodgers has lower ceiling (comparing to Rich) but higher floor so if you just need some reliable points then go for it. Rich has higher ceiling and slightly lower floor when playing against good matchups. Titans are just slightly worse than Rams defense so matchup is fairly even compared to Rams. But what convinced me to start Rich is the Titans have been horrible against QBs that run and have given up a lot of QB rushing TDs. Also Colts are still fighting for a playoff spot while Titans have nothing to play for. Also weather at Indy is much better than at NY (37° high and low winds).

I should mention I’m playing against JalenHurt and my opponent is projecting higher than me so I need the higher ceiling. If you’re projected a lot higher then probably stick with Rodgers to be safe
