What does your dynasty league use to determine rookie draft order? We currently have it set up this way: bottom 6 picks go in reverse order of the playoff results (ex. 1st gets 12th pick … 6th gets 7th pick) top 6 picks are going to be weighted randomness based off inverse max PF (ex. player with lowest max PF, regardless of record, will have a 50% chance of getting 1st pick. 2nd lowest 25% … highest max PF of a non-playoff w/ team 2% chance of 1st pick) Any other suggestions for determining draft order?

Don’t do a lotto, just have max PF be the determining factor for non playoff teams, lotto makes rebuilding way harder in dynasty. There shouldn’t be a reason to de incentivize rebuilding, especially since PF is a great indicator of where ur team is at
