12 team PPR Dynasty normal bench size. Win now mode. Top heavy at receiver so barely any depth. My Olave for his Ridley. Who would you rather have?

What does your dynasty league use to determine rookie draft order? We currently have it set up this way: bottom 6 picks go in reverse order of the playoff results (ex. 1st gets 12th pick … 6th gets 7th pick) top 6 picks are going to be weighted randomness based off inverse max PF (ex. player with lowest max PF, regardless of record, will have a 50% chance of getting 1st pick. 2nd lowest 25% … highest max PF of a non-playoff w/ team 2% chance of 1st pick) Any other suggestions for determining draft order?
I could have started pretty much any other defense... but, I was told Broncos were top 3 defense this week...
