So I proposed a trade I give up Cade Otton, Trey Benson and Kyren Williams for Saquon. Am currently 4th place in a 10 man half ppr league. My team: QB- Bo Nix WR’s- Nico Collins, Brian Thomas JR, DK Metcalf, Calvin Ridley, Davante Adams, and Amari Cooper. RB’s- Gibbs, Kyren, Tyrone Tracy JR, and Trey Benson. TE’s- Trey McBride, Cade Otton, and Taysom Hill. Defense- Houston Texans Kicker- Chris Boswell Would this trade benefit me or am I giving up too much? Keep in mind I have lost 4 matchups by 20-40 points. Any comments are appreciated 👌

Doubt the other manager takes it unless they have a lot of holes in their roster. But this is a good example of moving players you don’t need and getting a huge upgrade. It might be too much value in the eyes of a trade calculator, but given your actual roster this is a no-brainer for you. I disagree with others; I think Benson has stand-alone value and is a top-3 handcuff, so he has value. Great team, by the way.

What are the needs of the Saquon owner? What place are they in? How does your proposal improve their team? Absent the answer to these questions, everybody on this thread is just giving you an uninformed opinion because we don’t know how the Saquon owner benefits from these players.

If he’s that close to the playoffs, then he has an immediate need to help him get there via a trade if that’ll get him there. I don’t believe Trey Benson does that for him. Personally, not knowing what his WR status is, since you just mentioned Polk, I’d offer DK Metcalf, or give him an option to pick one of three receivers that you present him. Touching on the overreliance of Eagles, especially with upcoming bad weather when they play outside, could give him pause to think, as I personally stay away from overreliance on players from one team for that very reason… Especially at this time of year.

Smith missed practice again today with a bad hammy, so scratch him. I understand there’s going to be bad weather tonight in Cleveland, so I’ve benched Elijah Moore myself, especially since I believe it will be a low scoring game. If it was my team, I’d go with Downs, Evans, and Myers

I'd be surprised if they accept that offer. Kyren is the only player you're offering that's worth anything. The additional players don't mean anything if he can't start'em. If he accepts, jump on it right away before he change his mind.
