Is Etienne a buy low in dynasty full-PPR?

I personally am, and have remained, high on ETN despite the injuries so consensus may disagree but I would do it

that being said, if I am truly competing there is risk. I would probably prefer to keep Henry. like if you are a top 3 team.

from a value perspective I like ETN side. if that makes sense
