Should I start Pickens against the cowboys or DJ Moore against the panthers?

Should I trade Tyreek Hill for Nick Chubb? I’m in need of a RB2. Aside from Hill I have Nico Collins, Jameson Williams, Tee Higgins, Khalil Shakir, and Lazard. I’m in a 12 teams, double Flex, half PPR league. My Running backs are Kyren Williams, Rachaad White, Zach Charbonnet, Braelon Allen, and Alexander Mattison.
