Laporta is elite at TE (one of the few) but you'd be giving up too much for now for a position that is mostly plug-and-play, IMO. Laporta hasn't had the best first two games, a 3rd bad game in a row and maybe they will adjust more towards current value.

Laporta started slow I know but he's a high end asset

Mason and Zay will do more for Bdavis now than just LaPorta. If he wanted Mason or Zay, sure, but giving away both right now isn't worth it to sacrifice possible wins in the early season, at least for me.

Way too much. And Mason will be around a lot longer than most people on here realize
