Is Dowdle worth a priority waiver? I play in a 12 team full ppr league and basically everyone is a priority hoarder. Meaning if I take Dowdle I'm unlikely to get a top waiver until maybe week 8. I like Rico but I don't want to miss this year's Puka/Kyren
