10 Team Redraft PPR Thoughts on dropping Brooks and Hock for Njoku and Charb? Got hit extremely hard with injuries
Generally speaking I’d drop anyone on IR in a roster crunch. Brooks is a rookie and health and shitty team question mark. Njoku is banged up. Hock is a ways off. Identify the problem you’re trying to solve and then consider if this is the solution

Wouldn’t start him but could be good trade fodder since Hock ain’t doin nothing and I can’t sell Brooks to save my life

I totally get it. I’m just a been through the ugly grind mindset player. Charbonnet looks big, slow and like a true backup. Again I get it. But I’d rather wait on Hock and tread water at the TE spot then try to solve my roster in week 2
Charb is definitely not my long term solution, more like a fill in to see if Shaheed is legit

I hear ya. I do like Bucky as a stash for whatever that’s worth. Ekeler isn’t a thing to me anymore. Rashad White imo is not so established that he can’t be overtaken by mid season
I get it @LandoLakes75 my only interest in Hock is because the TE position is so bad this year. And Brooks we all know is coming off injury to a shitty team. I totally understand. Bucky is the player in that group I like. Really no reason to have high hopes but I do think his path is the most clear
I mean there is no certainty in fantasy football. That said, bye weeks start in weeks 5 and 6 with really fantasy heavy teams going on the break. I’d look at your matchups and see if you see opportunities to steal a couple wins while you get healthy. This will sound annoying but it’s true. If you were to make your championship game you will compete for it between Christmas of 2024 and New Year’s 2025….there’s a looooonnnggg way to go before we “fix” our teams or “solve” our rosters.
