Do I drop Goedert for Likely after seeing him become Lamars fav target? 👀
Andrew’s has been hurt most likely on snap count don’t waste any time on likely
Goedert gonna be a nobody this year. I would
Yes
Reality is Likely may now be targeted in that offense as Andrews once was and you don’t pass on the opportunity (it’s a potential league winning waiver claim)
It’s not over reacting, it’s just reacting to what we saw by making Likely a waiver priority (over reacting would be dropping Andrews or selling him for pennies on the dollar)
Goedert or dalton schultz this week?
Stash him if you can and stream the two on matchup or he could be a valid flex. But with Philly's WRs and RB it's very unlikely Goedert will ever have a game like that
Likely was a toenail away from a 36 point game. Goedert is genuinely incapable of having that type of game. The combination of everyone saying likely was killing it all training camp combined with 12 targets week one seems to be trending in a very good direction
I’m not gonna break the bank, but he’s probably worth a pick up. Not many TEs can even sniff a game like he just had
We all seen it, likely the best wr in Baltimore
Yes
if you got someone else at tight end i would consider it but it’s just one game
Noo
Likely is a dog. We saw it at the end of last year. We saw it in training camp. We saw it week 1. And this new offense runs 2 TE sets and has him out on the field all game. If he’s on the field this much, I can’t see him finishing below TE12 overall. I think he’s a top 12 option weekly - hot take I guess.
TE's not gonna win u fantasy games, ur flex spots will
Likely vs La Porta , Likely vs McBride . Ur gonna lose
No, seemed it was more or less game script and Andrew’s being eased in after a big injury
I like Likely but here’s the thing. The chiefs Dline is top 3 in the league and Andrews will not have to be a glorified tackle all season. He chipped almost every route he ran and that put Likely in the matchups instead. My guess is he won’t be that volume guy all season but he is a Redzone beast and it seems like the Ravens will deploy 11 personnel a lot this season. If it’s a dynasty league then lock down Likely bc he is the future and they will game plan ways for him to exploit matchups but don’t expect him to compete with TE1 volume all year. I’d take him over Goedert though.
He might be Taysom Hill, which still may be better than Goedert because of the potential for booms. I’m in the same boat. Wait and see what PHI does with DG for a week or two
Love Likely, had him as a rookie, lo e his skillset...but BAL is new all around and not only is KCs defense atrocious, they were keying in on specific players...Baltimore actually could have taken a page out of Spags' book as he absolutely killed it, preventing big plays deep almost all game. Baltimore was tripling/quadrupling Kelce almost all game and Worthy's speed made them pay, also an extreme outlier. All that to say, Likely had, what, 4 dumpoffs to get out on the last drive, and was benefitting from Mandrews being doubled/tripled and KC taking away deep routes. I think Likely is firmy a top 20 TE and top 15 Dynasty TE right now...and that is HUGE praise, as well as non-reactionary restraint.
I'd go for Likely but remember that Lamar attempted 41 passes last night way above his average so Likely won't get 12 targets very often
