Is Jalen McMillan worth a roster spot in a dynasty over guys like Josh Palmer or Khalil Shakir?

For me, yes. Hard to tell what exactly palmers role will be this year and I’m not a real believer in Shakir but I’m high on McMillan and he can just be stashed in Taxi this year.
