If Aiyuk goes to Steelers in an Arthur Smith offense, is he still top 16 wideout for fantasy?

While the offense is improved the Steelers are far from the 49ers and I don’t think he sees the same level of production or efficiency

if Russ starts most of the season I think so. the run game should be very good setting up the pass. I dont think he sees elite volume tho
