How far off is Herbert or tlaw for Murray? What would you add if anything to Herbert or tlaw to get murray

In SF I’d put the gap between Kyler and TLaw as a late first to early 2nd added to TLaw

I disagree with the above and would much rather have Kyler than Herbert - in SF I’d add mid to late 2nd for Kyler
