I’d take Pach. I’d try and drop the 3rd, but don’t really care about it either. Rhom and Likely are mid-second pick values, Pach is a mid-late first. Also think Pach will see significantly more room this year and less competition for touches.

I might do Burrow/Likely for TLaw, Pacheco, Warren, and Kendre Miller. Can sell it as a true rebuild for him, without any RBs his team will tank and it will increase his draft cap. Not to mention, it gets rid of Likely, shores up your RBs big time, and gets you a QB that I think is about to start hitting his stride. Also avoids the injury concerns with Burrow. I still have a problem seeing Tua every time I look at your roster though, lol. I’d be starting Stafford over him, or moving Tua on his own, but we’ve already discussed that.
Sutton, I don’t think, does much for your team, and there’s an outside chance he’s cut or traded. At this point in the season, that would effectively scrub him from viability for this year.

It’s been hell trying to negotiate
I would try something like Tua/Stafford/Stevenson for Tlaw/Minshew/Pacheco. Gets you a better QB tandem and you just need Minshew for bye weeks. Also gets you a better RB. @
Not a Sutton fan, are you? I’d rather get Miller than Sutton, but that’s me. Overall, with the gap in years for firsts, the value seems there to me at face value
