Someone tell me that Joshua Palmer will not have a (Nico Collins) breakout year and why?

Im not saying he will have a Nico breakout year but I want a solid argument to why he couldn’t

Palmer might be the most intelligent receiver which means something to me at least. He seems like he can easily fill Mike Williams shoes
