I think in the 2019 season, Ja’Marr was better. But in the 2 seasons of their collegiate career. JJ has Chase beat in yards, catches, and TD’s.

So I guess it’s just based on what you value more. But fs Chase had a better 2019 season.

That's a whole year to start developing more than Ja'marr did

Use their whole collegiate career

Which would still be the same

Except that Chase would miss a season due to covid
