I have an orphan team (Team 20 - Chargers) in a 32 team Free NFL mirrored league. Very active league. 40+ player rosters including taxis as well as IDPs. It’s going into year 3 with the Rookie draft at the beginning of May, rosters have been had and team transactions have happened. That said the roster is in a rebuild state. FAAB (waiver) is also carried over year to year and combined into auction draft bidding funds. Remaining draft funds are not lost, they are transferred back into GMs FAAB totals. All orphan team players have been dropped so the league FAs are the dispersal player pool. 2025 picks will also be draftable; the pick values are detailed in the leagues pinned bylaws.
