Unique auction league, whereby each seasons rookie draft is an slow auction draft, done by converting that years picks into auction bidding funds. FAAB (waiver) is also carried over year to year and combined into auction draft bidding funds. Remaining draft funds are not lost, they are transferred back into GMs FAAB totals.
