This is designed to encourage activity. It is a very active league. It started in 2022 and we’ve never had anyone not hit the 5 trade quota. I commish 4 of these trade rule leagues. My thought process in starting them was that if you can’t find 5 trades that make your team better you aren’t doing dynasty right. For me, in other leagues the difficulty was always that there were never enough active trading partners. This rule helps ensure that there are.
