2 orphans, pretty balanced in terms of assets. Team 2 has the 11 draft slot. Team 12, the 6th. By laws are below, first come first serve. Hall of Legends Dynasty League (Best Ball) Will be a 12 Team, Tiered PPR, and SF League. No Trades will be vetoed unless Collusion is a foot (results in immediate ejection for both parties) or there are league altering issues (Top player for 2nd round pick) Judgement will be decided by Commissioner and Voted on by league. This is a rule only for EMERGENCIES! (I don’t expect to use this with this group!) GMs must be paid for future years before trading any 1st or 2nd round picks from that year. OFFSEASON: Once the offseason begins, GMs must be paid in full before any offseason transactions can be made (this includes trades and free agents pickups) Trading will open 2 weeks after Superbowl Sunday Free Agency will use the FAAB system and will open 2 weeks after NFL free agency and will run once a week on Mondays at noon during offseason. The Rookie Draft (5 Rounds) Rounds 1 and 2 will take place BEFORE the NFL draft (2 weeks exactly) with an 8 hour clock. On day before NFL draft, if our fist 2 rounds have not concluded, clock will move to 30 mins. Rounds 3, 4, and 5 will start 2 weeks after the NFL draft (but on Friday) At the start of per-season, FAAB will begin running daily at Noon! Regular Season Play: This will be a Deep Starting Lineup/Bench League: Starting Lineup: 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 2 RB/WR/TE Flex, 1 WR/TE Flex, 1 SF Bench: 14 Taxi: 6 Trade Deadline: Week 12 Regular Season will be weeks 1-14 with the playoffs starting week 15 Seeds 1-5 based on matchup record (tie breaker is season points scored) Seed 6 will be team with most points from remaining 7 1st and 2nd Seed Receive a Bye, the playoffs will be NFL Style (Higher Seed will always play lowest Seed) For competition purposes, the winner of the 5th place game will receive the 7th draft slot ie (1.07 instead of 1.08) Other than this, draft order will be inverse of final standings (top 6 determined by end of regular season standings). Payout: 1st- $120 2nd-$60 3rd-$40 4th-$20 Expected Owner Conduct: All owners are expected to carry themselves in a respectful manner that would not harm other owners or the league in general. Bragging and “trash talk” is an expected and interesting part of the game, but should be handled in adult fashion. The commissioner/co-commissioners will draw the line between comments made in good fun and inflammatory comments that could harm the good of the league. Violation of this could result in ejection from the league. Activity & Etiquette Rules: Since this is a dynasty league, all owners are expected to be active in some fashion year round. Owners should respond to all trade offers in a timely manner, even if it is just a decline. Nobody likes to be left with no reply, especially if another trade offer is awaiting a reply. This respect should be reciprocated to those receiving offers. In-active owners will be replaced with no refund!
