League Structure: - The league consists of 12 teams with a $100 buy-in. - Payment for the following year ($100) is due before the startup draft, and subsequent payments are made a year in advance. -Keepers are 5 per season. After year 2, it will be 10, year 3 will be 15 and so on, until it becomes a full dynasty.
